Jennifer Boutwell Bustamante

Jennifer has owned Regan's Hair Salon for over ten years and has been in the industry for twenty years. She is a licensed Cosmetologist and Master Barber. She has recently worked on: Coyote Ugly 2010 Calender, "Unmask the Cure" Fashon Show, "On the Catwalk" Fashion Show and many more. Jennifer attended the Redken Exchange in New York in Nov. 2008. Jennifer is also experienced in all aspects of pageantry from coaching, judging to doing hair. Jennifer's creativity, resilience, talent and vision has gained her a reputation of excellence with her clients and her team.

Kerry Burrows

Kerry is a licensed Cosmetologist with over fourteen years experience. Kerry's passion is coloring and styling long hair. She specializes in up styles for long hair. Her exceptional customer service and technical skills keep her clients coming back.

Niomi Roussel

Niomi has been a licensed stylist for fifteen years. Niomi loves doing cuts and colors. She is excited about recently coming back into the salon environment and looks forward to building a career at Regan's.

Sunny Grego

Sunny has been in the hair industry for fifteen years. She is extremely knowledgeable about products and services. She offers top service to the clients by making sure all of there hair needs are met. Sunny loves taking care of the retail store front and making the waiting are relaxing. Her goal is to make your visit as pleasurable as it can be.

Sheryl Houpy

Sheryl is 27 years old and was born and raised here in New Orleans. Sheryl loves anything and everything to do with making people look and feel better about themselves. When it comes to hair, makeup and fashion, she is all over it. She has always enjoyed doing hair and makeup. Sheryl’s desire and passion is to be the best in the hair and makeup industry. She would like to one day have her own salon and have it featured in magazines. She is an excellent makeup artist and looks forward to getting her hair license. Sheryl is currently enrolled in the apprentice program and says “I am eager to learn something new each and everyday. I love what I’m doing. It's exciting to finally be doing what God has put in my heart to do, and am blessed to have this opportunity.”
